Since entering the Leather community in 2016, he’s built a reputation for showing up, giving back, bringing people together—and making sure nobody forgets to have a damn good time while doing it!
As Mr. NJ Leather 2026, Cortez embodies the spirit of community, service, chosen family, and unapologetic self-expression. Whether he’s organizing, educating, volunteering, fundraising, mentoring, or taking the stage, he’s committed to creating spaces where people can be exactly who they are.

We’re thrilled to welcome The Lady Victoria Courtez, Ms. New Jersey Leather 2026, as one of our Philly Leather Pride emcees!
The Lady Victoria Courtez, Ms. New Jersey Leather 2026, brings more than two decades of experience in entertainment, performance, fitness, event production, and community service to everything she does. A longtime member of both the leather and LGBTQ+ communities, Victoria has built a career that is as diverse and dynamic as the communities she proudly represents.
From the stage to the studio, Victoria is all about bringing people together. She is the creator and producer of Drag Me To Zumba, a one-of-a-kind combination of drag performance and fitness that has been entertaining and inspiring audiences since 2021. Her impressive history also includes titles such as Miss Paradise and Miss Gay New Jersey United States 2019.
But Victoria’s commitment to community goes well beyond the spotlight. Over the years, she has supported charitable organizations including Project REAL, Pride Resource Network, and I Support The Girls, while bringing her talents in hospitality, management, fitness, and event production to countless community endeavors.
As a judge, Victoria brings a unique eye shaped by performance, creativity, authenticity, stage presence, and a deep respect for leather history and culture. She understands that a titleholder is about much more than looking the part—it is about having the confidence to be yourself, the heart to serve your community, and the ability to represent something bigger than yourself.
